Movie Night — Casablanca
Apr 14 2017 - 07:00 PM
Few movies have remained as popular decade after decade as 1942’s “Casablanca,” starring Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman. Set during World War II, this true classic focuses on a cynical expatriate of the United States who is forced to choose between love and honor as the events of the war close in. Winner of Best Picture, Best Screenplay, and Best Director at the Academy Awards, this timeless black and white romantic drama is often named as one of the ten best films ever made in America. It is also the most frequently requested film by The Princess. Come join us as Roane State’s Arts and Lectures sponsors “Casablanca” for the community.
