Delbert McClinton - Coming May 11th!
The Princess Theatre Foundation in association with i105.3 WFIV FM, Knoxville's Independent Radio Station, proudly presents Delbert McClinton in concert at the Princess Theatre on May 11th!
There are two kinds of people in the world: those who love Delbert McClinton and those who haven’t heard him yet. Delbert is always working on that second group. We think you will be in that first group after the first song!
Lyle Lovett has said, “If we could all sing like we wanted to, we’d all sing like Delbert.”
Celebrated three-time Grammy award winner Delbert McClinton and Self-Made Men released their newest recording, Prick Of The Litter on January 27th, 2017. Prick Of The Litter contains 12 new songs that feature the soulful blend of blues, jazz, country and rock that has become synonymous with McClinton’s distinctive style. The multi-Grammy Award winning artist is at the top of his game with his 19th studio album, Prick Of The Litter (Hot Shot Records/Thirty Tigers).
The new offering captures the balance of soulful energy and restraint that the legendary performer has been delivering in his live performances for decades all over the world. On Prick of the Litter, Delbert incorporates a variety of styles, and as always, just enough to keep him comfortably outside the traditional marketing categories.
Advanced tickets can be purchased at https://delbert.brownpapertickets.com/ or at, Duff Subaru and the Roane Street Grill in Harriman.
